@Ruthven:Buenas, por favor agrega sección "Logos" en el COM:Venezuela,los logos creados por sectores públicos (Gobernación, Alcaldias ,etc.) están en el Dominio Público ({{PD-VenezuelaGov}}) ,y el de sectores privados (si el logo es simple la licencia es {{PD-textlogo}}) si es "below too") AbchyZa22 (talk) 20:54, 8 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Salve,non avevo visto che fosse italiano, sono stato bloccato dall'Amministratore Savin ma non ho capito il motivo,non ho mai dato fastidio,ne inserito mie foto in giro. Non sò se può fare qualcosa.Sono solo uno studente di Archeologia alla Federico II. Mi scuso per il disturbo ma ho visto che è un amministratore. Scusate se scrivo in italiano ma il mio inglese non è perfetto e non vorrei essere frainteso. Qui mi sembra che si vada molto a sensazione, non ho fatto assolutamente niente che avesse fatto l'utente che mi contestate. L'unica "prova" sarebbe il tipo di foto, che comunque non vedo questa somiglianza.....ne nei soggetti ne sul modo. Non ho messo le mie foto ovunque e non ho mai litigato con nessuno, venivo qui 1 volta a settimana quando le lezioni me lo permettevano. Mi sono imbattuto in questo stemma che avevi importato e dalle note legali ho però visto che precisano: I documenti presenti sul sito che esulano dall'ambito dei compiti istituzionali e parti di documenti contenenti solo logotipi, stemmi e distintivi ai sensi dell'art. 3 del decreto legislativo [questo, ndr] non vengono pubblicati con licenza CC-BY 4.0. Se posso approfittare della tua disponibilità, volevo provare a chiederti un paio di chiarimenti su casi "anomali" che ho intravisto:

come revisiono la licenza se il sito esterno indica ad esempio solo la formula "CC-BY" senza specificare o linkare la licenza per esteso? (tipo qui)
come revisiono se un sito mostra contemporaneamente due licenze diverse? (tipo qui dove il footer dice CC-BY-4.0 ma le note legali dicono CC-BY-SA-2.5-IT. Oppure peggio se una delle due fosse non ammessa?)
ogni qualvolta ci sia una persona identificabile, mi consigli di aggiungere {{Personality rights}}?
cosa si fa se la fonte linkata non è più accessibile e non è stata archiviata?

Considera la versione più recente della licenza alla data della pubblicazione del sito
Metti entrambi. Chi riutilizzerà il file deciderà quale applicare. Vedi Commons:Licensing#Multi-licensing
Si, in particolare quando non si evince il consenso della persona dalla posa. Vedi Commons:Photographs_of_identifiable_people
Non c'è autorizzazione, quindi i mette il file in cancellazione

@Ww2censor He should reset the password with the account he wants to use. If he hasn't associated an email to the account and forgotten the password, there is nothing to do.

Hola AbchyZa22, no soy esperto de Grok AI, pero es un tema delicado. Mira Commons:AI-generated media para lo que hacemos aquì en Commons. Si Grok AI esta usando sin restricciones del derechos de autor quiere decir que tenemos que respectar el copyright. Es más una discussión para Commons:Village_pump/Copyright.
